The annual FSNE awards lunch will be held Friday June 10 at The Westin,
Lake Mary. We
are separating the awards ceremony from the FSNE/FPA/SNPA joint
meeting Sept. 14-16 due to the meeting's later than normal date.
Please Note: This information applies to the FSNE daily newspaper awards lunch only. The FPA Better Weekly Newspaper Contest awards will still be held during the Annual Convention on Sept. 16.
The June 10
event will be a drive-in, same day event. For those wishing to stay at The Westin, Lake Mary overnight, book through this link to receive 15% off the best available rate at time of booking.
The FSNE board will meet at 10:30 for their annual meeting.
All members are encouraged to join the board if you can arrive a bit early.
The awards lunch will be 11:30 am - 1:30 pm. We will shine the
spotlight on Gold Medal, Hansell and Waldo Profitt winners, who will share
details of how they produced their winning entries.
All first-place winners will be acknowledged and called
forward to receive their awards. For the first time, there are collegiate
categories, and those first-place winners will be called forward to receive
Two informative panel discussions are being planned after lunch for
those who can stay.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be authorized when cancellation received prior to 5:00 pm May 27, 2016. A $25 administrative fee will apply to cancellations made between May 28 - June 3, 2016. Cancellations on or after June 4 and no-shows forfeit refunds and will be billed for any outstanding charges.
