Part-time Reporter/Photographer - The Pinellas News, a weekly broadsheet in St. Petersburg, seeks a part-time reporter who can take his/her own photos. The successful candidate should either hold a degree in journalism or a related field, or be an undergraduate or graduate student with related coursework completed (including advanced reporting, news design, news photography). Duties include some legal advertising work and some general office duties. It's the opportunity to be a jack of all trades, learn (or hone) valuable skills and get clips for career growth. The successful candidate will have a driver's license and car, and should know QuarkXPress, Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat, Microsoft Word and other related publishing software. Part-time News Clerk - The Palm Beach Post, a large metro paper providing news to Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties, seeks a Part-time News Clerk for its Tallahassee bureau.
