Provide top-tier technical support for users of our Advantage Circulation System (ACS), our distribution systems, and other systems used in support of our circulation efforts. Assists in supporting our telemarketing, Automated Call Director (ACD) and other tele-sales related systems. Provide formal and informal training on the use of these systems, monitor use of these systems, answer user questions and resolve problems as necessary. Manage system enhancements and upgrades.
