Graphic Designer

Experienced Graphic Designer available to work off-site, equipped with all of the latest design software. I am willing to work within your budget as a production assistant and/or graphic designer. Thanks to the wonderful world of technology, outsourcing work to designers across cities and states has never been easier. Working as Sr. Graphic Designer for a weekly statewide newspaper for the past 2 years, I have gained extensive experience working as a team through telecommuting. Writer/Photographer

I have a lot of experience in magazine writng and photography, and currently freelance for several magazines, including The Farmer-Stockman, Vegetable Growers News, Fruit Growers News, Fresh Cut and Spudman, and have contributed to Southern Farmer, Hay & Forage Grower, Oklahoma Living, Real Life (First Baptist Church, Orlando, Fla.) and Central Florida Ag News. I have also written for several daily newspapers, covering hard news, features, education, business, agriculture, city & county and religion.

Sports Writer

I have almost 20 years experience as a sports writer with the last 12 spent in the Atlanta area.  I am seeking employment with a newspaper in either a writing or editing capacity or both. 

Advertising Sales / Advertising Management

I have extensive Advertising Sales and Sales Management experience at both Daily and Weekly newspapers. I have led sales departments with as many as 40 employees and as small as 5. As an Ad Director/Sales Manager I have exceeded 20% revenue growth in many of the years I have managed including the downturn of 2006-2008. As a salesperson I have handled territories in which I produced over 3 million dollars in revenue per year.
